We try to be very lenient with returns, as this creates a healthy trusting relationship with our customers, giving them ease of mind when buying from us.
Should a product or item bought from us appear to be faulty or broken, we will do everything we can to either replace, repair or return your money. It is, however, not always so straight forward in our trade to determine where the problem may lie in case of a faulty item.
Should you wish to return the product for a refund or exchange, you simply have to return the item(s) back to our premises with the original invoice.
If the item is still in a resalable condition (original packaging, clean and grease-free / oil-free, not used, etc.), we will most probably refund you the money without handling charges. Please note that management will have the final say in any refund matter.
Should you have returned a faulty product back to us and costs were incurred with sending it to us by either post office (*no courier or petrol or other travel costs), we will reimburse you with that cost as well, IF the product is found to be faulty or to be a claim by management. Please note that courier costs can escalate to extreme heights, so be careful when sending via this route at your own cost(factors like volume, weight and distance apply).
